Even if you're currently using Windows 10 version 1803 or lower, we still suggest all Pioneer DJ DDJ-SB users install the latest Serato DJ releases below, where a fix has been implemented, to avoid future potential issues. This was caused by the Windows 10 version 1809 update specifically, and affects both Serato DJ Pro & Serato DJ Lite. We are aware of an issue caused by a Windows 10 version update, that can result in the Pioneer DJ DDJ-SB experiencing connection issues and users may be presented with an error message such as, "Failed to connect audio" or "Troubleshoot audio problems". Note: This issue has been resolved in the latest versions of Serato DJ Pro & Serato DJ Lite
